An American Zen poet and translator in China

Over the past few months I have been very interested to see how many people in different parts of the world (North and South America, Europe and Asia) are reading our blog.  Yesterday we received a link about the experiences in China of the American poet and translator, Red Pine.  Over the years I have returned again and again to his insightful translation and commentary on the Heart Sutra, so I was very pleased to read his blog.  The digital age has certainly put more urgency into the meaning of interconnectedness.
